It appears from the records that the postal address of brother-in-law, who is a Joint Account Holder of the locker in question along with the petitioner, is the same as that of the writ petitioner. The remedies of the petitioner lie before a Civil Court since there are a large number of disputed question of facts involved.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach such Civil Court.

There will be no order as to costs.
