I have perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the State and defacto complainant opposes the prayer.

I have perused the material on record. The petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 have been named as the assailants who inflicted grievous injury of the victim.

In view of the incriminating material against them the prayer for anticipatory bail of 1) Sukur Ali @ Abdul Sukur,

(2) Jamirul Islam @ Jamerul Hoque @ Jamirul Hoque, (3) Latiful @ Latifur Rahaman, (4) Najimul Hoque @ Nazimul Hoque @ Rafukul Islam, (5) Alamgir @ Habla is rejected. However, petitioner nos. 6, 7, 8 and 9 have not been named. Considering the extent of complicity of these petitioners in the alleged offence their prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest the petitioners (6) Mansur Ali @ Samirul, (7) Koyel Ali @ Ronik Alam, (8) Soyel Ali @ Sajidul and (9) Ukil Ali @ Habibuddin be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.

Case Diary be returned.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
