Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of the order dated 18th June, 2026 when Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader files a communication dated 25th June, 2026 of Inspectorin-Charge, Maheshtala Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of the communication dated 25th June, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent no.4.

It is disclosed in the communication dated 25th June, 2026 that based on the complaint of the petitioner FIR has been registered being Maheshtala Police Station Case No.367/26 dated

21st June, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS, 2023.

In view of registering FIR taking note of the complaint of the petitioner, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
