PP Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ... for the State The petitioners have approached this Court challenging the charge-sheet filed in the year 2014 in respect of alleged offence under Sections 498A/386/120B/34 IPC.

None of the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. has been enclosed along with the revisional application. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Biswas who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioners are granted liberty to canvass all the points which have been advanced in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings and if so advised at the stage of consideration of charges. No interference is called for at this stage.

Learned court in seisin of the matter would take steps so that the case can proceed as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, CRR 1986 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
