1 - 7, 9 - 11, 17, 18 & 21 After considering the averments in the application regarding the explanation for the absence of the learned advocate of the petitioner on 5th September, 2018, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, and after considering the submissions of the learned advocates representing the respective parties on this issue, we are satisfied that the explanation provided in the application constitutes a sufficient cause that prevented the learned advocate of the petitioner from appearing in Court on 5th September, 2018.

Consequently, the order dated 5th September, 2018 is recalled. The application being CAN 1 of 2018 is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
