The writ petitioners complain that notwithstanding a decree dated June 28, 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Additional Court, Contai, the private respondents continue to disturb the petitioners' possession. FIR No. 191 of 2021 dated 9th June, 2021 and FIR No. 196 of 2021 dated 10th June, 2021 have been registered at the instance of the petitioners by the Ramnagar Police Station, Contai Division.

The petitioners may seek execution of the decree in accordance with law.

The O. C., Ramnagar Police Station shall, however ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
