Mrs. Shohini Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Bhaswati Chaudhuri, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party. They jointly submit that as directed by the order dated September 06, 2021, the crossexamination of the husband has already been concluded on September 08, 2021 and the said witness has been discharged. They have also informed this Court that September 15, 2021 is the next date fixed for examination-in-chief of the wife/petitioner. It is expected that the petitioner shall conclude her evidence-in-chief on the said date. The learned Trial Judge is requested to expedite the disposal of the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties subject to regular payment of alimony pendente lite. C.O. 1517 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
