Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State files status report. The same is kept with the record. She submits that the proceeding has already been quashed by this Hon'ble Court in CRR 263 of 2016 and the petitioners in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in the said revisional application, has been discharged from the case. It appears from the status report that the Hon'ble Court in CRR 263 of 2016 was pleased to quash the proceeding against the petitioners being ACGR 1895 of 2011. In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore has discharged the petitioners from accusation under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application stands dismissed as infructuous.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
