Mr. Santanu Maji Mr. Chandan Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ....for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that by an order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 1898 of 2025, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail inter alia on the conditions to meet the I.O. once a week till submission of report in final form and to stay outside the Bongaon Police Station for a period of six months from that date, except for attending the Court or meeting the Investigating Officer. The petitioners have duly complied with the conditions. Charge sheet has already been submitted during the pendency of this application. The six months' period to stay outside the jurisdiction of Bongaon Police Station has also expired.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that both the conditions of meeting the I.O. once a week till submission of report in final form and staying outside the

jurisdiction of Bongaon Police Station for a period of six months have been complied with and are no longer in operation. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
