The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2013 and as such, is required to be disposed of. Despite service of notice, none of the parties are present. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed for quashing of the complaint case being No. C2817 of 2012 pending before the Court of learned 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta under Section 138 of the N.I. Act as well as the application also against the order of the learned trial court as aforesaid dated 12.04.2013 for issuing summons. However, apart from the copy of the complaint, the certified copy of the impugned order has not been annexed with the instant revisional application. However, the order of issuing of summons cannot be under-challenged without cogent reasons at the first instance.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

The learned trial court will proceed with the case in accordance with the law.

Interim order, if any stand vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
