Wasim Akram ...for the respondent No.5 In compliance with the direction given by this Court on 18.02.2022, the Headmaster of the school Md. Sirajul Islam is present in Court today. He has instructed the learned counsel Mr. Mitra to submit that the petitioner is entitled to get 206 days' salary which they have calculated. The Headmaster has also submitted that a resolution has already been taken by the Managing Committee of the school for 206 days' salary which has already been sent to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

I direct the said District Inspector of Schools to take immediate steps in this regard so that the petitioner can get the said amount of money for 206 days' salary within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of this order.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.
