Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 22nd June, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Kalighat Police Station and same is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that due to obnoxious behavior of respondent no. 4 petitioners found it difficult to run their business. However, it is submitted that after filing of this writ

petition steps have been taken by the concerned police authorities by providing protection thereby facilitating the petitioners to run their business.

Respondent no. 4 is represented by learned advocate.

In view of submission made on behalf of the petitioners, at this stage no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
