1. Despite directions of the Registry since December, 2016 and order of a Co-ordinate bench of this Court dated 12th April, 2022, requisites have not been put in.

2. In that view of the order dated 12th April, 2022 (supra), F.A. 209 of 2016 shall stand dismissed for default.

3. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. The Registry and the parties may communicate this order to the Court below.

6. L.C.R., if any, may be returned to the Court below.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
