1. None for the appellant even in the pass-over round.

2. None for the State as well.

3. The challenge is mounted in this intra-court appeal to the order dated 16th July, 2021, whereby learned Single Judge opined that the report of State shows that an enquiry was conducted on the allegation of the petitioner and it was found that there is a private dispute between the parties. The police did not find any commission of any cognizable offence.

Accordingly, the court declined to interfere in a private dispute between two individuals.

4. The said plausible view does not warrant any interference in this appeal.

5. However, liberty is reserved to the appellants to take recourse to law under the penal laws.

6. With this observation, the intra-court appeal is dismissed.

7. No order as to costs.
