In this matter, petitioner has challenged the inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering his prayer for issuing declaration Form-F in spite of repeated representations from time to time which have been annexed to this writ petition and last such representation was made on 5th July, 2021 being annexure P-8 to the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, 24 Parganas/respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within

four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

This writ petition being W.P.A. No.13338 of 2021 is disposed of.
