1. The appellant is aggrieved by an order dated 30th April, 2024 passed by a Single Bench of this Court in WPA 10748 of 2024.

2. The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the Board of Councillors of Serampore Municipality dated 3rd April, 2024 whereby certain illegal and unauthorized construction made by the appellant was directed to be demolished.

3. The Single Bench has recorded that in terms of SubSection (3) of Section 218 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal before the Court having jurisdiction in the matter.

4. This Court is of the view that the Single Bench has not committed any error warranting any interference by this Court in passing the impugned order.

5. In those circumstances, reserving the rights of appeal under Sub-Section (3) of Section 218 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, MAT 938 of 2024 shall stand dismissed.

6. Consequently, all connected applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
