1. The affidavit-of-service as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner is taken on record.
2. On behalf of the respondent/State a photocopy of memo dated 07.08.2025 as issued by the respondent no. 2/authority is filed and the same is also taken on record.
3. On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned Advocates for the contending parties it appears that it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite submission of representation dated 19.05.2025 requesting the respondent no. 2 for disbursement of adequate compensation, such representation was not considered by the said authority.
4. Per contra, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent/State submits that from the annexures to the memo dated 07.08.2025 as filed today it would reveal that the respondent no. 2 under cover of his another memo dated 31.07.2025 requested the jurisdictional BL&LRO to submit recorded R.S. and L.R. and physical status of the relevant two plot nos.
1112 and 1112/1453, pertaining to R.S. Khatian no. 316 in Mouza - Ramrampur.

Such being the position, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the respondent no. 2/authority to consider the representation dated 19.05.2025 as submitted by the writ petitioner in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and/or his legal representative shall pass a reasoned order and shall forthwith communicate the same to the writ petitioner positively within 150 working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.
6. The time limit as fixed by this Court is mandatory and peremptory.
7. Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioner to communicate the server copy of this order to the respondent no. 2/authority.
8. The respondent no. 2/authority is directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
9. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
10. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
