PP-in-charge, Mr. Rudradipta Nandi, Ms. Purnima Ghosh ...for the State This application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed, inter alia, stating that the petitioner had been implicated in Baruipur Police Station Case No. 49 of 2023 dated 08.01.2023 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and was enlarged on bail by the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur by order dated 20.03.2023. However, owing to a dispute with the conducting Advocate, the bail bond could not be furnished and the petitioner is languishing in custody for more than sixty-five days after being granted bail.

The petitioner, under such circumstances, be released on PR Bond immediately, with other conditions vide order dated 20.03.2023 of the learned trial court remaining unaltered.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur for information.

The revisional application, being CRR 1994 of 2023, is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
