There has admittedly been a delay in disposing of the application pending before the District Magistrate, Howrah.

WPA 13469 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 being the District Magistrate, Howrah to dispose of the application pending before him within four weeks from the date of this order on which the authority receives instructions from the petitioner. The petitioner will provide the clarifications sought for by 23rd May, 2023. The prayer of the private respondents in making the representation is considered and refused since no such right has been given to any party under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2005.
