And In the matter of: Palash Chowdhury @ Choudhury ....Petitioner Mr. Debasis Kar Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury ...for the Petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Mr. Subrato Roy ...for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner do not incline to proceed with the application for anticipatory bail. Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and produces the case-diary. He submits that the petitioner is involved in the inter-State racket and his custodial detention is warranted for the sake of interrogation. However, having regard to the submission advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed, without any further liberty to file afresh.
