1. This intra court appeal is directed against an order passed by the learned Single Bench refusing to grant an interim order in the writ petition.

2. Admittedly, the facts of this case would show that no interim order is feasible of being considered to be granted in this case.

3. Therefore, there is no error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench refusing to grant any interim relief.

4. Though the direction was issued to file affidavit-in-opposition within four weeks, the same has not been done by the department.

5. We direct that the affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed by the department not later than 12th July, 2024.

6. Let the writ petition be listed before the appropriate Bench the week commencing 15th July, 2024.

7. With the above direction, the appeal stands disposed of.
