We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was the member of a group who had personated as CBI officers and committed dacoity. Part of the stolen booty i.e. golden ornament was recovered from the possession of the petitioner soon after the incident. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Keeping in mind gravity of the offence and incriminating materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
