This revisional application was filed seeking an order of quashment of charge sheet No. 258 of 2009 dated 31st December, 2009 arising out of Burtola P.S. Case No. 222 dated 13.6.2009. The report of the Assistant Commissioner reveals that learned 2nd Judge, Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhavan was in seisin of the case and on 29th November, 2011 learned Trial Judge was pleased to record an order of acquittal. This report makes the revisional application infructuous.

The criminal revision is thus disposed of being infructuous. Application being CRAN 1 of 2010 is also disposed of. Copy of the order be sent down to the learned Court below for information and necessary action.
