1. In the instant appeal, the order dated 26.04.2022 as passed by learned Single Judge in WPA 3932 of 2022 is assailed.

2. None appears on behalf of the appellants/writ petitioners. Learned advocate for the respondent State is however present.

3. On perusal of the order impugned, it reveals that the learned Single Bench while disposing the writ petition noticed that the relief as sought before the learned Single Bench for enforcing the order of injunction can very well be prayed for before the jurisdictional Civil Judge and thus declined to grant relief as prayed for. However, liberty was given to the writ petitioner to file appropriate application before the jurisdictional Civil Judge.

4. In our considered opinion, the view taken by the learned Single Bench is absolutely justified and needs no interference at all.

5. With the aforesaid observation, MAT 970 of 2022 is disposed of.

6. With the disposal of the instant appeal, all pending interlocutory applications are also disposed of.
