Accordingly, petitioner is directed to effect a fresh service upon the opposite party no. 2 at the new address and file an affidavit-of-service to that effect on the next date of hearing. Let the matter appear in the monthly list of June, 2024. In re : IA No. CRAN 3 of 2024 IA CRAN 3 of 2024 is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner praying for condonation of long delay of 86 days in filing the restoration application being CRAN 2 of 2024.

Considering the grounds as made out and in the interest of justice, the application for condonation of delay is allowed on the delay being condoned.

Considering the grounds as made out and in the interest of justice, the restoration application being IA No. CRAN 2 of 2024 is allowed. Criminal Revision No. 1572 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number.
