Considering the facts and circumstances of this case I find no reason to entertain this writ petition.

More particularly taking into consideration that this writ petition was filed on 13th May, 2015 that is almost more than seven years back and the petitioners did not take any steps and pursued this case, this conduct of the assesee petitioners shows that it was not interested in pursuing this case. Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 10779 of 2015 is dismissed.
