Mr. Shyamal Chakraborty Mr. Debajyoti Mondal ... for the petitioners In this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 3rd Court at Howrah to dispose of Title Appeal Nos. 37 and 38 of 2015 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid appeals are pending from the year 2015 and the opposite parties are trying to delay the hearing of the said appeals.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned 1st appellate court. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 15th July, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the said appeals by the appellant as a last chance.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 2014 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 3rd Court at Howrah to make an endeavour to see that Title Appeal Nos. 37 and 38 of 2015 are disposed of as expeditiously as possible but preferably by the end of December, 2025 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

This order has been passed considering the fact that the title appeals are pending from the year 2015.

No order as to costs.
