In view thereof, the petitioners are directed to serve a fresh notice upon the learned Advocates who entered appearance on behalf of the respondent before the learned Tribunal and before this Court intimating that the matter will be taken up for consideration under the same heading on 1st of December, 2021 and to file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
