In a suit for partition, the ad-interim order of injunction was refused. We have perused the reasons for refusal of the ad-interim order of injunction. The order was passed on 1st April, 2019. We dispose of this appeal and the connected application by directing the learned Trial Court to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible if it had not yet been disposed of without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The order of the learned Trial Court is not interfered with.
