It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than 265 days. Police submitted charge sheet. Further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He relies upon a memo of evidence in support of his contention that bail should not be granted to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the memo of evidence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
