Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the case diary and other materials on record. The principal accused person being the husband is on bail. There is no specific allegations against the present petitioners.

So, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary. Consequently, benefit under Section 438 of the Code can be extended to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uttar Dinajpur and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 and on condition that the petitioners pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
