Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It is to be noted that in this matter an order had been passed by me on August 14, 2019. Subsequent to passing of this order, another coordinate Bench of this High Court has passed an order on September 7, 2021.

From a reading of the order dated September 7, 2021, it appears that the subsequent order is in the same line of the order passed by me earlier.

In light of the same, I am of view that the petitioners should seek contempt of the subsequent order (I understand a contempt petition has already been filed against this order).

In light of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of as otherwise the same would lead the multiplicity of proceedings.

Affidavit filed by the alleged contemnors be taken on record.

Since no affidavit-in-reply has been filed against the same, the submissions and contentions made in the affidavit filed by the alleged contemnors are deemed to be disputed in denial.
