Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Perused the case diary and the other materials on record. There are sufficient materials against the petitioner. This is an atrocity against woman where the husband of the petitioner has beaten his wife with an iron made 'banti' resulting in serious injury on head of the victim. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
