Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner No.1 has already been arrested.

Hence, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner no.1 is not pressed.

Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the case diary and other materials on record. There are sufficient materials against the petitioner No.2. Hence, we are of the view that the benefit of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure cannot be granted. Consequently, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner No.2 is rejected.
