The petitioner is in custody for more than two years in respect of a case initiated, inter alia, under the provisions of the NDPS Act. The prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the coordinate Bench on February 14, 2020 in CRM 1346 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 5645 of 2021 is dismissed.
