Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Perused the case diary and the other materials on record. This Court, on 31.10.2022 upon consideration of the same materials, turned down the prayer for bail of the petitioner and directed the Trial Court to expedite the trial and there is no subsequent development. Hence, this Court is of the view prayer for bail of the petitioner cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
