N. Roy Road, Kolkata - 700 039.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the Corporation that there is no scope to consider such representation since the entire building has been constructed without any sanctioned plan.

Since no affidavits are called for, this court is not inclined to go into the factual aspects involved in this case.

Since the petitioner has made a representation, let such representation be considered and a reasoned order be passed by respondent no. 4 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of

communication of this order. The petitioner shall be heard by respondent no. 4 before passing such order It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merit of the case.

With the above observation and direction, WPA 12860 of 2023 is disposed of.
