None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing. No accommodation is sought for.

It is submitted on behalf of Vidyasagar University that in view of the interim order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24th June, 2010, the petitioner applied for registration of Ph.D. Course in Vidyasagar University as per the old Regulations.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has also submitted his Bio-data of two external supervisors and thereafter he was registered and completed his Ph.D. and date of award was given on 8th December, 2021.

The documents in support of her contentions filed by the learned Counsel for the respondent University in Court today are taken on record. 5.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant writ petition became infructuous. Nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. 8.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
