It appears that in the judgment dated 21st November, 2025 in respect of WPA 11749 of 2019, in paragraph no.8, while recording the issues - including the name of the respondent no.3, Rohit Mishra, inadvertently inscribed as Susanta Kumar Sarkar in issue no.1 - have been incorrectly recorded.

Accordingly, let the issues be recorded in the following manner:-

"1.

Whether the alleged termination of service of Sri Rohit Mishra w.e.f. 30.04.2015 by the opposite party is justified or not?

2.

Whether the case is maintainable or not?

3.

To what relief, is he entitled to?"

3.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 21st November, 2025 by the concerned department.

4.

Let the aforesaid correction be made part of the order dated 21st November, 2025.

5.

The other portion of the order dated 21st November, 2025 remains unaltered.

6.

The department is directed to de-tag the main writ petition from the contempt application for the time being.

7.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
