The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the commercial suit is pending from the year 2022 and the issues have not yet been framed. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that July 5, 2025 has been fixed for production of original documents by both sides. CO 2021 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Judge, Commercial Court at

Alipore shall make and endeavour to see that the Title Suit (Com) No.33 of 2022 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
