1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

3. Perused the case diary.

4. It appears that the prime accused in this case against whom a charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act is in custody.

5. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner who is the sister-in-law of the victim and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioner shall attend the jurisdictional Court on regular dates.

7. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
