1. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 07.04.2025 as passed by this Court.

2. On perusal of the order dated 07.04.2025 it reveals that WPA 9870 of 2012 was dismissed on merit.

3. In view of such, this Court considers that the instant application for recalling the said order of dismissal dated 07.04.2025 is not maintainable.

4. With the aforementioned observation, CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed.
