The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

We find from the order impugned in this appeal that the order of injunction passed on July 27, 2021 was valid till August 26, 2021 subject to the condition that the plaintiff/appellant would pay the admitted instalment amounting to Rs. 17,228/- per month to the defendant/respondent.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the order dated July 27, 2021 has not been complied with by the appellant.

Be that as it may, as we find from the impugned order that the order of injunction was valid till August 26, 2021 and the said order was not extended subsequently, we are not entering into the issue as to whether the order dated July 27, 2021 was complied with by the appellant, or not and the same is left open to be decided by the trial court.

With the aforesaid observation, the appeal stands dismissed at the admission stage.

There will be no order as to costs.
