The petitioner alleges that her application seeking permission for pursuing B.Ed. decree course is pending consideration.

On a perusal of the said application, it appears that the petitioner sought permission for conducting the B.Ed. decree course for the session 2023-2025. The said session is long over.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application seeking permission for pursuing B.Ed. course. 5.

In the event such an application is made, the school shall consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of making such application. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
