Learned Advocate for the Opposite Party submits that the suit being TS No. 157 of 2012 which was pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is already dismissed. Thus, this application has become infructuous.

Learned Advocate also files a copy of the order dated 15th January, 2024 passed by the learned Court dismissing the said suit for default.

In the facts and circumstances, this revisional application has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of.
