Again, a fresh application has been taken out. The present application for anticipatory bail is dismissed on perusal of the case-diary and relevant materials. Learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter would issue harsher process of law, in case the petitioner does not surrender within a week from date before the jurisdictional court.
