This is a contempt proceeding arose from an order dated March 27, 2025.

Mr. Sk. Md. Galib, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits a compliance report in the form of affidavit, the same is taken on record. Copy has been served upon Mr. Kaushik Chandra Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, in Court today. After the said order was passed by this Court, the issue travelled further in two subsequent writ petitions along with one intra-Court appeal. The judgement of the intra-Court appeal passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on September 16, submitted before this Court, is taken on record.

On perusing the records, in effect, it appears that the direction of this Court stands complied with. Parties subsequently have challenged the respective steps taken by the authorities which has got nothing to do with the present contempt proceeding.

Both the leaned counsel appearing for the parties before this Court today have also confirmed the aforesaid state of affairs and have confirmed that the direction of this Court dated March 27, 2025 stands complied with. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, CPAN 976 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

CPAN 976 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
