And In Re : Mohammed Chand .... petitioner Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya Mr. Subhrajyoti Ghosh Mr. Dibakar Sardar ....for the petitioner Mr. Kallol Basu Mr. Sagar Saha Ms. Supriya Mahajan ...... for the NCB Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in February, 2023. Delay in the matter is at the behest of the petitioner and cannot be attributed to the prosecution.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to dispose of the matter at the earliest.
