Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for bail on any stringent conditions as the petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 6 months.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that presently prosecution has concluded all the witnesses and the evidence in respect of the Investigating Officer is in progress.

Having considered the belated stage at which the petitioner has approached this Court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 693 of 2025 is dismissed. Trial Court would pronounce its verdict by 31.03.2026.
