Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the 14 years old minor victim girl made before the learned Magistrate, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in this case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
